Isn't creativity some kind of tennis match? you catch it while bouncing it back. Creating a dialogue of color vs Form.
Throughout my experience as an artist, I´ve found great pleasure in discerning, developing creative approaches: unknown worlds, ambivalent scenarios, possibilities that convey portrayal. Objects and their skin.
Background and frozen movement are recurring elements in my work, inspired by the continuous transformation caused by light. Blending movement, depth, aliveness, through color match.
Finding collective goals with collaborators has also helped me define my own artistic voice, not only in my hometown Barcelona, but also La Havana, Amsterdam and lastly Berlin, where not only I have the opportunity to further explore my individual work, but also have the chance to take part in the pedagogic approach of Waldorf School, this time as an art Teacher. I´m involved in an innovative platform which searches for new strategies of academic development in the context of Free Schools in Germany.
